During the 20th century Denmark led the world in innovative design and manufacturing. The Danish Embassy in Dublin commissioned QBF to design and brand an exhibition that would bring seven of Denmarks best know manufacturing companies to Dublin. “Danish Detail” was born. The identity was designed to recognize the creative nature of the companies involved and underscore the importance design has played in the development of manufacturing in Denmark. Louis Poulsen, Borks, Kxadrat, Fritz Hansen, Randers, Ege and Bang & Olufsen featured at the exhibition which took place in the OPW exhibition hall on Stephens Green.
As well as the branding for the exhibition QBF designed and produced the brochure and the accompanying web site.
One of Europes leading green energy successes, Denmark produces 16% of its energy from renewable sources with a target of 30% by 2025. The Danish Embassy’s second exhibition featured 12 leading Danish energy companies with expertise in solar applications, bio gas, heat recovery, wind power and combined heat and power systems.
Branding of the “renewables” mirrored the “Detail” Exhibition the previous year. Promotion for the event included the web site, brochure and support exhibition graphics.
